R.E.S.P.E.C.T.?

On severall outtings I've realized, that as any human being, we are very quick to judge. We make sudden assumptions on clothing, appearance, knowledge, background, race and especially JOBS. Unbelievable as it sounds, we are intimidated by people who have higher positions in careers and look down upon others with jobs we don't find as important. Customer service or relations with maintenance are supposively low end jobs. We think that janitors in general are suppose to serve us even if we are not their boss. Servers are also put on the spot and people underestimate the hard work and stress put upon them. For those who work at spa's receive odd and rude remarks on what they're qualified to do.
Personally, it's not fair how we act towards each other and people do their best to make ends meet. The jobs we have don't make out who we are and that, i think, is what we forget. Everyone has a job and whether it's viewed as lowly, we should just respect the person because are you going to replace them?
