Not TOO old for FREE Treats
Halloween is just around the corner and every house on the block gets ready for a night of trick or treaters. Though, it appears that, only the young children get to enjoy the rush of running around from house to house to receive a delectable treat. Seems quite unfair to a college student or any person around that age who also wants a taste of free candy. Is it because were too old? I guess, nowadays, that teens or young adults are just looking for a good time to hang out with their friends at a party or a club, but is there an age limit to go out on Halloween? Personally at the age of 13 I thought I was too mature to go out and beg for candy and so I handed out candy instead. Although just after a few years of handing out candy to begging monsters, I began to grow out of my yearly duty as a candy giver. Partying had the same great affect in the beginning, then slowly fading into a dull routine at the end. I've decided that I'm not going to waste my time at a party and let all the little children take the candy that could of been mine. Of course I'll have to dress up, run around in the cold and beg trick or treat, but I have a big sweet tooth that needs to be satisfied A.S.A.P. Just like any holiday throughout the year, every person deserves to get something out of it. Just like around Christmas time when we receive presents, Valentine's Day equals roses, hearts and kisses. We should celebrate Halloween to its fullest potential, regardless of your age. Mostly for those who are candy-chocolate lovers would also enjoy the taste of FREE treats.

I can't decide whether or not I like the new set-up over the old one. This one definitely looks good. I just think the other one was a little brighter and nicer.
I don't think college students are too old. Next year I am definitely going out because trick-or-treating makes Halloween. Without it, it's basically another "holiday" that isn't fully celebrated.
Hahahah I went trick or treating until I was in grade 12 and then my mum basically told me that it was time for me to stop. But I think as long as you're dressed up that's all that matters!
I AGREE. I also got back into the trick or treating scene and I absolutely love it, not to mention that you get so much more candy.
